Lee Alexander is a noted goal setter and achiever, holding a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Business from the University of Michigan.
He is recognized as a founding member of the Les Brown Institute, a Dale Carnegie student and a member of Toastmasters, member of Next Level Speaking Academy. Using these skills and interest over the past 49 years, he coached and encouraged individuals to set and reach their goals in life.
His successful career as an owner of three businesses and in corporate sales provided for his family to achieve and grow under his guidance.

​At 78 years old, I proudly share my story as one of the last living cotton pickers. My journey from the cotton fields to where I stand today is a powerful testimony of resilience, perseverance, and faith. Speaking at colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, I inspire students and audiences to reflect on history, understand the sacrifices of those who came before them, and embrace the opportunities before them. My experiences in the cotton fields shaped my character, instilled in me an unshakable work ethic, and gave me a deep appreciation for progress and education. When I speak, I don’t just tell my story—I bring to life a piece of history that continues to guide future generations toward strength, determination, and hope.​​​​
